Are you crunched for time? Perhaps, you find yourself working through your lunch break. If that’s the case, stop! According to Success, you may be making yourself less productive. The latest issue suggests that instead of shoving a sandwich in your face while you answer e-mails you should get out of the office and do something completely unrelated to work.

The author found that this was easier said than done. Initially, she used her break to run errands, but found that didn’t provide much of a mental break. So, in order to pull herself away from work she started sticking her Casio keyboard in the trunk of her car and using her lunch break to play music in the parking lot. The half-hour musical interlude helped her make the most of the rest of her day.
